To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used e-liquids, vape juice bottles, or disposables.
If your item arrived defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly exchange it or offer store credit, based on availability.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt as proof of return. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
